More than 46,000 Seminole County voters had cast ballots in the Nov. 3 general election by Friday morning, just above 13% of the roughly 343,000 voters in the county, according to figures reported by Spectrum News 13.
Registered Democrats account for nearly 19,000 of those ballots and registered Republicans for more than 17,000, the station reported. The total combines in-person early votes and vote-by-mail ballots.
Neighboring counties are at a similar level. Orange County had passed 112,000 ballots, almost 14% of its voters, and Osceola County had passed 30,000, almost 13%, according to the same report.
