Winter Springs, Florida — Gas prices in the Orlando area averaged $4.0308 per gallon for regular unleaded on October 3, 2026, according to AAA, down from $4.0903 yesterday. That is down from $4.4220 a week ago and higher than $3.9780 a month ago.
The statewide average in Florida stands at $4.1050, while the national average is $4.3807. Drivers in the Orlando area are paying below the state average and below the national average.
The Orlando average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8901. Regular prices are about 5 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.1059, drivers are paying about 92 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the Orlando area averages $5.7803 per gallon, AAA reported.
