Winter Springs, Florida — Gas prices in the Orlando area averaged $4.2235 per gallon for regular unleaded on September 30, 2026, according to AAA, down from $4.2865 yesterday. That is down from $4.3194 a week ago and higher than $3.8562 a month ago.
The statewide average in Florida stands at $4.2530, while the national average is $4.4343. Drivers in the Orlando area are paying below the state average and below the national average.
The Orlando average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8901. Regular prices are about 37 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.1354, drivers are paying about 109 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the Orlando area averages $5.9069 per gallon, AAA reported.
