Winter Springs, Florida — Gas prices in the Orlando area averaged $4.2865 per gallon for regular unleaded on September 29, 2026, according to AAA, down from $4.3420 yesterday. That is up from $4.1959 a week ago but higher than $3.8997 a month ago.
The statewide average in Florida stands at $4.2989, while the national average is $4.4558. Drivers in the Orlando area are paying below the state average and below the national average.
The Orlando average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8901. Regular prices are about 39 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.0105, drivers are paying about 128 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the Orlando area averages $5.9496 per gallon, AAA reported.
