Winter Springs, Florida — Gas prices in the Orlando area averaged $4.1151 per gallon for regular unleaded on October 9, 2026, according to AAA, down from $4.1661 yesterday. That is up from $4.0903 a week ago but higher than $4.1139 a month ago.
The statewide average in Florida stands at $4.1468, while the national average is $4.3718. Drivers in the Orlando area are paying below the state average and below the national average.
The Orlando average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8901. Regular prices are about 0 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.9879, drivers are paying about 113 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the Orlando area averages $5.8722 per gallon, AAA reported.
